A boutique waterfront hotel located in Bar Harbor, Maine, designed to celebrate the town's rich maritime heritage while offering a refined coastal hospitality experience. The project blends luxury accommodations with thoughtfully curated public spaces, creating a destination that connects guests to the surrounding landscape.

Inspired by the elegance of classic yachts and the rugged beauty of Maine's coastline, the design captures the feeling of life at sea through soft curves, natural textures, and a calming coastal palette. The concept reinterprets nautical influences with a contemporary perspective, balancing sophistication, comfort, and a strong sense of place to create an immersive guest experience.
Design Concept
The design emphasizes seamless circulation, elevated guest comfort, and a meaningful connection to the waterfront environment.
